By adhering to the standards, included in our governing documents, we help maintain and protect the values of our properties, as well as our quality of life.

Notice for Realtors and Title Companies

As of Feb. 3, 2016, the Riva Chase HOA Board of Directors enacted the following fee structure for providing financial statements:

  • Requests made more than 7 days in advance: $100
  • Requests made fewer than 7 days in advance: $250
  • Requests made with 3 days or less notice will be fulfilled, but with no guarantee as to time schedule.

Please understand that the HOA Board of Directors are volunteer homeowners and not paid employees.
