Notice for Realtors and Title Companies
As of October 10, 2019, the Riva Chase HOA Board of Directors enacted the following fee structure for providing financial statements:
- Requests made more than 7 days in advance: $300
- Requests made fewer than 7 days in advance: $500
- Requests made with 3 days or less notice will be fulfilled, but with no guarantee as to time schedule.
Please understand that the HOA Board of Directors are volunteer homeowners and not paid employees.
For properties located in the Condominium area, information can be obtained through contact with The Pines at Riva Chase Homeowners Association – Trudy Hagen, Trudyhagen2@msn.com, (303) 679-0740.
HOA insurance concerns or proof of insurance can be obtained through Dru Short at State Farm. (303) 233-2626.
